Fabrications

Our well equipped fabrications activity is staffed by British Standard coded welders. We can produce fabrications of any size and complexity up to 6 tonnes in weight.

Capacity List

  • Automatic Sawing to 250 mm diameter including AMADA HFA 330 fully automated CNC saw.
  • Band sawing to 200 mm diameter.
  • Small and medium fabrications to 6 tonnes in weight.
  • Bending rolls (up to 12 mm plate).
  • Press brake (up to 12 mm plate).
  • Grinding facilities.
  • Profiling.

Prototypes

Development of prototype parts or assemblies can be economically achieved without the need for expensive tooling, jigs or fixing
